I feel deeply privileged to lead and serve the vibrant community of Faith Lutheran College, which I have been part of for the past sixteen years. Faith is more than a place of learning; it is a community where people are known, valued and supported, and where each learner, each family and each relationship truly matters. The worth, dignity and potential of every member of Team Faith are central to who we are.
Our College vision – awakening potential to empower learners for purposeful lives through Christ – shapes everything we do. At Faith, education is not simply about academic achievement, but about helping young people discover who they are, how they are uniquely gifted, and how they can contribute meaningfully to the world around them. We are a flourishing, contemporary secondary learning environment, with the exciting growth of a primary school on the horizon, offering continuity of learning and a welcoming community for families.
Faith is underpinned by a strong sense of grace, belonging and connection. God’s love is lived out daily through an incredibly committed team of staff who walk alongside students, supporting them to know, develop and share their God-given potential. We believe meaningful education occurs when learners are known personally, challenged thoughtfully, and supported relationally.
As both an educator and a parent, I understand the trust families place in a school. This responsibility drives the collective effort of all staff at Faith to ensure we provide the most meaningful outcomes for young people, both inside and beyond the classroom, that are relevant to them now and into the future.
