Enrolment
Choosing the right school is a significant decision - and we understand that for many families, it’s also a long-term one. At Faith Lutheran College, our Enrolments team supports families enrolling across Junior, Middle, and Senior School, including those planning ahead for our staged Primary School opening from 2027 to 2029. Our goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and transparent - so you can make confident decisions for your child, now and into the future.
Understanding the enrolment process
The enrolment process at Faith is designed to be straightforward and supportive.
While some steps differ slightly depending on whether your child is enrolling in Primary or Secondary School, the focus is always the same: getting to know your child and ensuring we can support them well.

Faith Primary School
Faith Lutheran College’s Primary School will open in stages:
- Discovery Phase (Years 5–6): opening 2027
- Curiosity Phase (Years 3–4): opening 2028
- Wonder Phase (Prep–Year 2): opening 2029
Families are encouraged to apply now for all year levels to support planning and secure a place as each phase opens.
No matter what year you commence at Faith, your enrolment will continue all the way through until Year 12. Enrolling as early as possible is the best way to guarantee a place for high school.
Step-by-step enrolment process
1. Submit an Application
Complete the online Application to Enrol form. You will be required to pay the $50 application fee to submit the form.
2. Applicant sits Diagnostic Testing
We ask all applicants to sit an AGAT test during the enrolment process to help us provide the best possible support to every student that enrols at Faith. The AGAT test is an online test developed by the Australian Council of Educational Research (ACER).
The results help our teaching and learning staff to determine how best to support our students in their learning. The test takes 50 minutes to complete and there is no preparation required.
3. Interview
Students and their parents/caregivers are invited to an interview. This is a two-way conversation - an opportunity to get to know each other and ask questions.
4. Letter of Offer
If your family is offered a place, you’ll receive a Letter of Offer via email with a link to complete the Enrolment Contract. A $400 enrolment confirmation fee applies for new families (waived for siblings).
5. Enrolment Contract signed
All biological parents or legal guardians are required to sign the Enrolment Contract. If this isn’t possible, please contact our Enrolments Coordinator for a confidential discussion.
6. Complete the Enrolment Acceptance Form
This final online form collects important information such as medical details, transport, IT requirements, and financial arrangements. Once submitted, enrolment is confirmed.
7. Orientation
Orientation activities vary depending on entry year and timing, and are designed to help students feel confident and prepared from day one.
