Faith's 2025 My Favourite Subject videos released
Faith Lutheran College Plainland has released the 2025 My Favourite Subject videos showcasing students in Years 9 and 10 sharing what their favourite subject is and why. With Detective Investigations, Real Estate Matters, and Aussie Socks, Jocks, and Chops in the mix, it's easy to see why students love these innovative and exciting subjects.
At Faith, we believe students learn best when they are exploring topics and subject matter that interests them.
That's why we've introduced a wide range of custom-designed subjects, written by our expert teaching staff, that map to the Australian curriculum and not only provide a highly rigorous education, but the opportunity to fall in love with what they are learning about.
This is the second year that the College has released videos featuring students talking about their favourite subjects at Faith.
The subjects that have been featured this year are:
- Aussie Socks, Jocks and Chops
- Craftsmanship with Timber
- Dance Anatomy
- Detective Investigations
- Marine Science
- Real Estate Matters
The videos showcase how Faith is challenging the traditional school model by developing engaging and inspirational subjects for students in Years 9 and 10 that combine two Key Learning Areas (KLAs).
In 2024, the first round of videos was released featuring:
