Terms & Conditions
 

Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Faith Lutheran College Plainland, 5 Faith Avenue, Plainland QLD 4341 (“the College”).
 

Promotion Period
The promotion opens on the date of the Faith Lutheran College Plainland 2026 Open Day, on Saturday 7 March 2026
and closes at 5:00pm on Friday 17 April 2026.
 

Eligibility
The promotion is open to families submitting enrolment applications for students entering Year 5 or Year 6 at Faith
Lutheran College Plainland in 2027.
 

To be eligible for entry into the draw, applicants must complete the following milestones:
1. Submit the online application form with all required documentation and parent/guardian signatures by 5:00pm
Friday 27 March 2026.
2. Attend an enrolment interview with the College by Friday 10 April 2026.
3. Return the signed enrolment contract (signed by all parents/gua rdians) and pay the enrolment confirmation fee
of $400 (where applicable) by 5:00pm Friday 17 April 2026.
 

Families with students who are already enrolled at Faith Lutheran College Plainland are not required to pay the
enrolment confirmation fee, as this fee applies only to the first enrolment in each family.
 

Entries
Each student who meets all eligibility requirements will receive one valid entry into the draw.
Families enrolling multiple eligible students will receive one entry per enrolled student.
Families who have already confirmed their child’s enrolment for Year 5 or Year 6 in 2027 (signed contract and
confirmation fee) prior to the promotion will be automatically e ntered into the draw.
 

Prize
One eligible student will receive a full tuition fee waiver for 2027 fees.
 

The prize:
• Covers tuition fees only for the 2027 school year.
• Does not include uniforms, textbooks, technology levies, subject levies, transport, or any other incidental costs.
• Has a total prize value of $8,096, based on the published 2027 tuition fee at the time of this promotion.
• Is not transferable to another student or school year.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
 

If the student does not commence at Faith Lutheran College Plainland in 2027, the prize will be forfeited.
 

If the student withdraws from the College during the 2027 school year, any remaining portion of the prize will be
forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred.
 

Prize Draw
The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries.
 

The draw will take place on Monday 20 April 2026 at Faith Lutheran College Plainland.
 

The primary parent/guardian listed on the enrolment application will be notified by telephone and email.
 

If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or declines the prize, the College reserves the right
to redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries.
 

General Conditions
• The College reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and enrolment documentation.
• The College reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and
 

Conditions
• The College’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final, and no negotiation
will be entered into.
• Personal information collected through the enrolment process will be stored in accordance
with the College’s Privacy Policy.
