Congratulations to our 2025 Helbig College Dux Bolu Ifesanwo on her incredible achievements as a student at Faith Lutheran College Plainland.

Bolu received subject honours for:

Chemistry
Mathematical Methods
Religion & Ethics
Specialist Mathematics
Biology (100% on all internal assessment)
English (100% for her essay in her external exam)

Bolu also received a Certificate of Excellence in Physics from the Australian Institute of Physics in 2024 and a Certificate of Excellence in Chemistry from the Royal Australian Chemical Institute in 2025.

She also balanced studying her subjects with preparing for the UCAT (Medicine entrance exam) during Year 11 and 12. She was successful and is now commencing her studies to become a doctor at the University of Queensland.

We wish Bolu all the very best with her future studies and congratulate her again on her outstanding results and contribution to life at Faith Lutheran College Plainland.
